Electric wires envelopment control and monitoring system
Development of a new control system for a wire envelopment line 1000 MPM, adapted to two pre-existing plants.
The package given to the client consists of the project, installation, and testing of the control and automation software, the functional-technical testing of electric panels and all the final tests done to ensure the perfect functioning of the installed software.
The software divides the plant into areas and manages:
• alarms
• inteblocks
• automatic and manual cycles
Documents prepared in support of users explains the functioning of the plc software, cross reference, and data tables exchange between PC and plc and dip-switch configuration tech cards.
