Synthetic rubber factory

Activities we did for this project range from Mechanical/Electric project coordination to the development of the control and supervision system.

One of the most important Hungarian organization working in the OIL & GAS sector is building a synthetic rubber "S-SBR" production plant. The system looks at the whole process, from the production (presses) and quality checks (manual and automatic), filming and palletizing using an anthropomorphic robot.

The accurate checks in each phase guarantee a constant quality throughout the production.

Interfacing of the system with all specialized machines and independent equipment allows and guarantees the planning and acquisition of all working data, errors generation if parameters are not respected, which warrants signals and specific corrective actions.

Both the status and critical situations are transmitted to the "DCS" in order to present a review on the status of the plant.
